Description
The NWRA is hosting a very special event for our upcoming winter luncheon, and you’re invited!
We are incredibly honored to welcome John Vlastelica, Managing Director of Recruiting Toolbox, Inc., for his discussion on:
How to deliver what hiring managers want most: Speed and Quality.
All hiring managers want the same two things: speed and quality. In this fun, how-to session, John Vlastelica - former recruiting director turned consultant and trainer, and founder of Recruiting Toolbox, Inc. - will share what he's learned from working with thousands of hiring managers and recruiters at over 100 companies. He’ll share solutions to fight the root of all evil in recruiting, tips for diagnosing speed problems, the keys to pushing back on unrealistic hiring managers, and the best ways to engage hiring managers in the process, since they ultimately own speed and quality.
John Vlastelica is Managing Director of Recruiting Toolbox, and co-founder of Talent42. John and his team have been hired to work with startup clients to big global brands, including Disney, Nike, Google, Amazon, Target, Booking, PepsiCo, Bloomberg, Adidas, and Starbucks. John has been a popular speaker at conferences around the world, receiving a top 5 (out of 100 speakers) rating at the last two LinkedIn Talent Connect conferences. He’s also presented keynotes at ERE and SourceCon, and shared insights through webinars for thousands of corporate recruiters and recruiting leaders. Space will be limited for this event, so we encourage you to RSVP as soon as you’re able. As always, tickets will not be sold at the door.
We’re looking forward to seeing you there!
